Welcome to Booney. This store is operated by Novum Commerce LTD, Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong ("Booney", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and pre-orders
Products marked as pre-order are sold before stock arrives. The delivery date shown (around August 5) is a careful estimate, not a guarantee; if it shifts, we email you right away. Pre-orders are charged at checkout. Our first delivery run is limited to 500 pillows and a maximum of 2 pillows per household. Orders that exceed this limit may be refunded and cancelled.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. The founders' price applies to the first delivery run only. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
3. The 100 nights trial
Every Booney pillow comes with 100 nights to try it at home, starting on the day of delivery. If it makes no difference for your child, email us at hello@booney.store within those 100 nights: we send you a paid return label and refund the full purchase price. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Intended use
Booney is a pillow for children from 18 months to 8 years old. It is not intended for babies under 18 months. Booney is a consumer comfort product, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If your child has a medical condition affecting sleep or posture, consult a healthcare professional.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
