Booney is operated by Novum Commerce LTD, Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. We keep this simple and honest: we collect what we need to run the store, and nothing more.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and payment confirmation (payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see your full card details). When you join the waitlist or email us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. Like most webshops we also collect basic technical data (device, pages visited) to keep the store working and improve it.
What we use it for
Fulfilling your order, sending you order and shipping updates, answering your emails, and, if you signed up for it, sending occasional Booney updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in every email.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. Your email is with us, not with the highest bidder.
Who processes your data
Our store runs on Shopify, which processes order data on our behalf (see Shopify's privacy policy). Shipping partners receive your delivery address to deliver your order. Email tooling processes your email address to send the messages described above.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@booney.store and we take care of it.
