Booney comes with a promise we mean literally: 100 nights to try it at home.

The 100 nights trial

Your trial starts on the day your Booney is delivered. Most children adjust within 3 nights, some need up to two weeks. If after a fair try the pillow makes no difference for your child, you can return it up to 100 nights after delivery.

How returns work

Email us at hello@booney.store with your order number. We send you a paid return shipping label, you drop off the parcel, and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. No forms, no restocking fees, no hassle.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Booney arrives damaged or develops a fault, email hello@booney.store with a photo and your order number. We replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email hello@booney.store with your order number.
